Crepe Batter

Made famous by: Martha McMullin

1/2 C. Flour
1/2 T. Salt
1 C. Milk
4 Eggs
3 TBS Butter melted

-Combine flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl
-Add eggs and 1/2 the milk.
-Beat with rotary beater until smooth
-Blend in the rest of the milk and butter
-Cook in a crepe pan
*Serve with butter and powered sugar then roll up.
