Chicken Salad

2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Curry Powder
2 1/2 cups cooked chicken. (5-6 chicken breasts)
1 Cup diced Celery
finely chopped onion to taste(about1/2 a cup)
grapes sliced in half to taste
Slivered almonds-to taste

Blend Mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and curry powder. Pour over the combined chicken, celery, onion, grapes, and almonds then mix lightly. Serve with Crossants.
