Chicken Enchiladas

*I like to call these white girl enchiladas!!

2 C. Sour Cream
3 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Green Chilies
1/2-1 Cup Onions
4 Cups Cheddar Cheese
6-8 Chicken Breasts
2 packs Tortillas
1 Can olives

Cook chicken. I boil mine. And chop into bite size pieces. The food chopper from pampered chef is really helpful.
In a bowl combine: sour cream, cream of chicken, green chilies, onions, cheese, chicken breasts, olives.
-In a casserole dish tear the tortillas into pieces and cover the bottom of the casserole dish. Add some of the filling on top. More torn tortillas then more filling. Continue this pattern until the casserole dish is full. Cover the top with cheese.

350 degrees for about 35 minutes!
