Chocolate Caramel Bars

Made famous by: Sam Rohr

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 C. Butter or margarine
3 Tbs. water

Mix until crumbly and pat 1/2 of the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Bake 6 min @ 350 degrees.

Melt a bag of Kraft Carmel's (140z) and 1/3 C. evaporated Milk.

Take bars out of cake out of over and pour on a 6 oz package of chocolate chips.
Drizzle Carmel mixture on the chocolate chips.

Put the remaining 1/2 of the cake mixture on top of the caramel and chocolate chips and bake for 15 min. at 350 degrees.
