Ham cups

I saw this recipe on the front of a cook book and gave it a go myself. It was different and super yummy!

2 C Pesto (William Sonoma brand is my favorite)
1/2 lb Thinly sliced ham
2 C Fresh Mozzarella Cheese cut into bite sized pieces
1 can Diced Tomatoes

Place one slice of ham in a cupcake pan.
Put 1TB pesto on ham
Then add the Mozzarella Cheese and Diced tomatoes and crack an egg on top.
Put it in a 350 degree oven for roughly 10-15 min.
