Deep Dish Covered Baker Ritz Chicken

Made Famous By: Heather McMullin

This meal took me 20 minutes from start to finish. Take that Rachel Ray!! It is usually baked in the oven for 50-60 minutes, but with the Deep Dish Covered Baker it took 10 minutes! LOVE LOVE IT!

4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 C Butter, melted
2 C Sour Cream
4 C Crushed Ritz Crackers

In three shallow dishes put the butter in the first one, the sour cream in second one, and the crushed ritz crackers in the third one. Dip each chicken breast in the butter first then the sour cream then the Ritz crackers. Making sure the chicken is coated with each dip.
Place the chicken in the Deep Dish Covered Baker and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes. WA LA a super yummers meal in 20 minutes.

*You can also make this in the oven. Make the chicken the same way, put it in a casserole pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

This is what the chicken looks like after you have dipped it in the butter, sour cream, and ritz crackers. I sprinkled some of the left over crackers on top. I love the extra crunch.

Right after you pull it out of the microwave it looks like this.

EAT UP!
*For some reason my camera is showing this black spot in the corner when I do close ups....I might have to take it in to get fixed.
