Ravioli Casserole

Why didn't I think of this?
This is the best idea EVER!!
I make killer lasagna that I absolutely love so anything that
tastes like lasagna I am all over.
This takes no time to time to assemble and it is done in a flash.

1 jar spaghetti sauce (I use Newman's own Sockarooni Sauce)
1 package ravioli (frozen or fresh)
1 C small curd cottage cheese (I use Knudsen)

-Spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of the Deep Dish Covered Baker. Place the ravioli on the bottom.
-Mix the remaining spaghetti sauce and the cottage together. Pour over the ravioli.
-Cook on high for 8 minutes.
-Remove from the microwave and serve it up with some yummy french bread!

**If so desired after it is done cooking sprinkle the top with 1/2-1 Cup of Mozzarella cheese and cook for an additional minute or two. I found that if I put the cheese in with the ravioli and cooked it for the whole time it made the casserole really greasy and the cheese globbed up. So I opted to leave it out.
If you are cooking more than this be careful not to fill the DDCB up to full. When it is over loaded it takes a really long time for the center to warm through.
