What I ate

Many people, often on a daily basis, ask me what I eat. I have even had people tell me that I must starve myself to stay fit. Boo on them. Actually it is the complete opposite. I EAT!! I wouldn't have a recipe blot if I didn't. To me food is a part of my life that I LOVE and makes me happy. I love to create with different ingredients and enjoy it. So I decided to keep a lot of what I eat. I will try and do it daily, but I probably won't get to it quite that often so let's just say I will try and remember to do it as often as I can.
Part of being able to enjoy the food I cook is daily exercise, so I will also put what kind of exercise I have done for the day. My hope is to inspire people to get healthy and realize that you can eat, lose weight, stay healthy, and have a life filled with delicious food all at the same time.
So here we go!!

Breakfast:
Shakeology!!! (my favorite!!)
This is how I make my Shakeology:
1 C Water
1/3 C Nonfat Milk
2 C Ice
One scoop of Shakeology

Snack:
Fiber One Bar

Lunch:
2 C Cooked Bob's Red Mill 6 Grain Hot Cereal with Flaxseed
Mixed with
2 TB Golden Raisins
2TB Agave

Snack:
1 Watermelon Jolly Rancher
1 Apple
Shared a few bites of Cheese Its with my kids. Maybe 10-15?

Dinner
1/2 of a Rolled up Chicken Dinner
1 Roll (from Costco)

Snack:
Hot Chocolate made with water.

Exercise:
60 minutes of walking on the treadmill at an incline of 10 speed of 3.5
P90X- Core

Now go out and MOVE and BE HEALTHY!!
