Breakfast:
Shakeology with a 1/2 a palm full of Almonds! Super yum!

Snack:
Fiber One Bar

Lunch:
Bowl of whole grain cinnamon Cheerio things, forgot the exact brand. I throw away the boxes when I put cereal away, saves space. You can get them at Costco though.

Snack:
Grapes

Dinner:
One Honey Lime Chicken Enchilada. So good!
Tortilla Chips with a hint of Lime

No dessert. I actually behaved myself.

Exercise:
Today is my double up day with exercise since I run a Fit Club with my friend on Tuesdays.
Morning: 60 minutes on the elliptical machine
