(It was a little overcast when I took this photo)
When my oldest boy was a kindergartner I was the Room Mom.
It gave me a chance to be active in his little life and get to know all of the kids he was
around every day. For holidays we would always throw a class party for the kids.
Children think parties are magic.
I love how excited they always get.
For one of the parties that we threw for the kids one of the parents brought the frosting
for the cookies. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I couldn't believe the deliciousness that was in
my mouth when I took a bite. I asked my friend for the recipe and she said
it was her HUSBAND'S recipe!!!!! What a lucky girl!
So after asking, ok BEGGING for the recipe he was more than happy to give it to me.
Every time I make it EVERYONE wants the recipe. Now that my son is older and we have
quite a few class parties under our belt. I have learned to already have the
recipe printed out and ready to give it to all who ask.
I feel like I am spreading sugary happiness all around when I give it out!!
