The 4th of July is over and I still feel full to the top from
all of the yummy food. The party we went to had an all you
can eat taco bar and it was so good I almost died.
Here is a quick snack that I learned from one of my
Beachbody friends.It has some of my favorite things
in it and you don't have to feel guilty eating it.
Go ahead.....eat the whole bowl and ask for seconds!
