Blonde Brownies aka Blondies
Made Famous By: The McAvoy Family
I love going to baby showers and bridal showers. I love to celebrate something happy and good. One of my favorite parts, being the recipe hoarder that I am, is the food!!!! Food glorious FOOD!! Am I the only one who tries one of EVERYTHING?!?!
Cuz I do.
I even go back for seconds to try my favorites.
Is that bad?
I mean it really is a complement. A big one. When someone says they like what I have cooked/baked it tickles me pink and fills my soul with joy.
So back to my point…I was at my friend Janna’s shower and as a prize to her guests she gave a little recipe book named Just Cookies. It contains all of her families FAMOUS cookie recipes. WHAT! I was hoping and hoping beyond belief that I would be a winner.
So I did the only logical thing…I took one when no one was looking. Don’t worry I told my friend after what I had done. She knows I am a recipe hoarder and understood. That is why I love my friends. They understand my madness. J Besides that I promised those around me that I would post the recipes. So this is step one of me keeping my promise. There are 30 different recipes. The Blonde Brownies turned out so perfectly delicious I am beyond excited to try all 30
