Cheesy Eyeballs, Halloween Recipe

Happy Halloween ghouls and ghosts!!

Cheesy Eyeballs
2 lb ground beef
1 c Italian style bread crumbs
2TB Italian Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 eggs, slightly beaten
8 sticks string cheese
1 can sliced black olives
1 jar Newman's Own Sockarooni marinara sauce, heated

Heat oven to 375. 
In large bowl, mix beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & eggs.  Shape into 1-inch balls.  Place on cookie sheets.
Cut each cheese sticks into 8 pieces.  Gently press a piece of cheese into each meatball.
Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked and no longer pink in the middle.
Place olive slice over cheese on each meatball.
Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
