"Bottoms-Up" M&M Cookie
Bites
4 cubes margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg M&M MInis
Chocolate candy coating or Almond Bark
sprinkles, if desired
*Cream butter, sugars, and eggs. Add
vanilla.
*Slowly add flour, soda, and salt.
*Using cookie dough scoop, scoop 12 balls of
dough and place on cookie sheet. Separate each dough ball into three
sections and place each little mound of dough on a cookie sheet, 36 to a sheet.
(Or just bake 12 regular-sized cookies).
*Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
*When cookies have cooled, melt chocolate.
Turn each cookie over and place a small spoonful of melted chocolate on
the bottom of each cookie. Spread with the back of the spoon.
Decorate with sprinkles, if desired, while chocolate is still wet.
Place cookies upside down until chocolate dries, then enjoy!!!
