Who says all crusts need to be make out of Graham crackers and Oreos.  Yeah who says??
I decided to make this crust out of jumbo Oatmeal Raisin cookies and it-is-DIVINE.  The best part is It took me about 5 minutes to make and there are only two ingredients.
This is one of my go-to desserts if I have to make something in a flash because it can be made with so many different fillings.  I will share what I filled it with tomorrow!!

Oatmeal Cookie Crust (2 ingredients)
1 Box of Big Hard Oatmeal Cookies (I got mine at Trader Joes)
½-3/4 Cup Real Butter

*In a food processor finely grind the oatmeal cookies until there are no more chunks left.  Then place the cookie crumbs in a large bowl.
*Melt the butter and then add it to the oatmeal cookie crumbs.
*Press into the bottom of your favorite pie or bar dish.

  2. This is brilliant! The idea of using other cookies besides the typical graham crackers or oreos is great.
