I love this dessert.  I was brought a version of it a long time ago for my birthday and have been in love with it ever since.

When I was thinking of a name for this beauty Lauren Conrad came to mind because of how she dresses.  She has such a beautiful feminine flair to everything she wears.  Her new spring line embraces everything that is lady like and beautiful.

This dessert is light, airy and beautifully pink, just like her style in clothing.  Twas a match made in heaven I tell you!!  Then you put it on a crust that is to die for, like a great shoe, and it rounds out the whole dessert.  I have heard that a good shoe is like the period on the sentence.  My Oatmeal Cookie Crust is the period to this amazing dessert.  Pure poetry!!

Lauren Conrad {Pie}
1 large tub Cool Whip
4 individual size Strawberry Yoplait Yogurts
4-5 cups Fresh Cut Strawberries

*Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
*Make my Oatmeal Cookie Crust (recipe below) and press it in the bottom of a pie pan or in the bottom of your favorite mold.
*Put mixture on top of my Oatmeal Cookie Crust and freeze.

**My favorite way is to serve it frozen, but you could serve it chilled also.**

**A great way to make this dessert even lighter is to use light Cool Whip and Light Strawberry Yoplait.**

Oatmeal {Cookie} Crust (2 ingredients)
1 Box of Big Hard Oatmeal Cookies (I got mine at Trader Joes)
½-3/4 Cup Real Butter

*In a food processor finely grind the oatmeal cookies until there are no more chunks left.  Then place the cookie crumbs in a large bowl.
*Melt the butter and then add it to the oatmeal cookie crumbs.
